Lisa Shakun, PA-C, MBA, FCUCM is a Medical Director at Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care, where she is involved in the recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training of all new providers. Alongside her co-Medical Director she has established a New Graduate APP Fellowship program. She is a graduate of University of Alabama at Birmingham Physician Assistant Program, and recently obtained her MBA from Quinnipiac University. Lisa is passionate about improving operational and clinical efficiency through provider engagement, education and retention.
