Amelia Nadler, DNP, FNP-C

Amelia Nadler is a clinical and operational healthcare leader with over a decade of experience across urgent and emergency care settings. She currently serves as Medical Director and Director of Training & Compliance for Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care. A passionate advocate for clinical education, clinical quality and workforce development. Amelia founded and co-directs with her colleague Lisa Shakun the CUCM accredited advanced practice provider fellowship program and led numerous quality and educational initiatives that strengthen patient care and provider engagement. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, where she was recognized as the Class Speaker. Her leadership continues to drive innovation in clinical education, quality improvement, and the patient experience.
